I bought this machine just before 3-4 months through TotelTech and now it's just not working properly and reboot every 20-30min. I booked appointment for fix the issue or Replace request Machine. After 3 days of fixing issue in machine same error showing on screen every 20-30 min. As I have TotelTech membership, and I talk to representative on call but as usual of bouncing from on department to other and pathetic behavior. Not worth of TotelTech membership and Machine. I would suggest, think before buy TotelTech membership

We purchased this PC for my son on June 4. It was working great and then all of sudden won’t let him play games. This was an expensive item and we hope total tech will help us troubleshoot it.

Had a gaming laptop but decided wanted desk top. After researching different computers purchased this one. Plays the games much better than any other computer had. Never any lagging and speed perfect. Also a very quite running computer sometimes can't tell it running it so quit. Would highly fecommend this computer if you are a gamer. Also the different colors is a nice touch.

The protection plan is totally worth it. We got my husbands computer then I got one the same week so buying the protection plan is worth it for us because we have two computers. It is even worth it for one computer or any device because of the discounts you get and the 24/7 support.

This Dell computer is the best desktop pc I bought so far. It is quiet, it is fast, and works extremely smooth. A smooth operator! Literally, any tasks, open large soreadsheets, use AI, find wireless devices to connect, use any software from techical drawings to business programs, it handles everything like a breeze. Highly recommend this computer to everyone. Extremely satisfied. Do not hesitate, and buy one, you can thank me later.

When I bought my laptop, even though I have built my computers for the past 35 years, I bought the protection plan because things happen you don't expect. During the initial set up the BIOS flash update corrupted the BIOS. Being able to hand over the laptop over to the Geek Squad was well worth the cost and peace of mind.

Recieved a dfective product initially and the Geek Squad / Best Buy team was great to work with. I was actually surprised at how easy they made the process go.

I was pleasantly surprised. I purchased an I9 alienware and it broke 3 times in a year and a half. On the last outage episode I sent it to Dell to figure out why it wouldn’t boot. They replaced all the major parts and charged me one thousand. I got it back and it broke again. I then purchased this device and have had no problems.
