From box to desk, it was an easy setup. Love the look. Extreme gamer's dream with 2TB storage. Windows 11 is also a plus. I would recommend giving it a try.

I bought this machine just before 3-4 months through TotelTech and now it's just not working properly and reboot every 20-30min. I booked appointment for fix the issue or Replace request Machine. After 3 days of fixing issue in machine same error showing on screen every 20-30 min. As I have TotelTech membership, and I talk to representative on call but as usual of bouncing from on department to other and pathetic behavior. Not worth of TotelTech membership and Machine. I would suggest, think before buy TotelTech membership

We purchased this PC for my son on June 4. It was working great and then all of sudden won’t let him play games. This was an expensive item and we hope total tech will help us troubleshoot it.

It just a short span of four months. I’ve already used up to $500 worth of this plan if you are a computer gamer or use Best Buy products this is a must have protection plan. Also the geek squad team is really amazing and honestly if you’re kind and respectful to them, they’re very easy to work.

I have had Total coverage for years so that I am not shy about taking my problems to BB and the Geek Squad. I have always gotten good service. With my recent purchase, I chatted with an agent who helped me understand the differences among similar item, and to pick out the best suited for my purchase.

this computer was easier than I thought to install. I held off getting a new one because I didn't want to have to get all my apps back and etc but this was the easiest I have ever encountered. This computer is fast and so far I love it. only downfall is it does not have an SD card reader

This HO Envy is a gem. I have had it for a few months and it is as fast as any desktop that I ever bought and that is the truth. Windows 11 is a winner. I have used windows since its inception and this version is fantastic. I use Microsoft 365 which uses AI to make it even better. I am extremely happy with this product.

Had a gaming laptop but decided wanted desk top. After researching different computers purchased this one. Plays the games much better than any other computer had. Never any lagging and speed perfect. Also a very quite running computer sometimes can't tell it running it so quit. Would highly fecommend this computer if you are a gamer. Also the different colors is a nice touch.
