    I highly recommend this to anyone buying a high dollar item. It is well worth the cost. I had three brand new computers malfunction in a variety of ways. Best Buy replaced them all without hesitation.

    I tend to buy extended warranty for electronics. This protection plan came in very handy when my TV died. I received a new one and it was delivered and set up for free in my home.

    Best Buy replaced a very old Dell All-in-One PC with a new HP Envy TE-01 PC and HP24MH monitor. It's compact, fast, quiet and runs Windows 11. Altogether a big improvement, and a pleasure to use. The non-glare monitor is a particularly pleasant surprise.
