I have had to use the protection plan on several items and most of the time the work is done within my expectation limits. At times, computer work took longer than I expected but it was done.

Best Buy replaced a very old Dell All-in-One PC with a new HP Envy TE-01 PC and HP24MH monitor. It's compact, fast, quiet and runs Windows 11. Altogether a big improvement, and a pleasure to use. The non-glare monitor is a particularly pleasant surprise.

Best insurance in the markert with their easy process to fix our products or get them replaced.

In this day and age having protection on things you own is not only necessary but a godsend. Why would you not want to protect the items you buy from anything that could happen?

I bought a 2 thousand dollars gaming PC, I added this plan and they give me 60 days to return and the PC went bad on the 61th day, which mean I’m out of the return date but because I had this plan, they were able to exchange the PC for me. Best deal ever.
