This is the best warranty that you can get when you purchase items from Bestbuy. If an item breaks/ computer they will fix or replace with no problem.

I have only had to use it once and had no issue with Best buy handling the problem.

I haven't had to use my total tech warranty yet and hopefully I never have to. But just the thought and knowing that anything you purchase from bestbuy is covered under this plan is awesome!

This covers the computer I purchased for the 24 months. Since I have Geek Squad coverage they come and set it up for free and if there is an issue they check it out.
