Why bother with Totaltech membership!!

Seriously, for a pc mainly used for fortnite, marvel rivals, i expected better. What’s worse, i took it to geek squad. And after 4 days, they couldnt figure out how to fix it. Im a totaltech member. They think it’s the RAM, or corrupted software or motherboard issue. Whats the use of the protection plan if your answer is send it to Cyberpower PC out of pocket??? Cyberpower PC customer service is terrible. They answer emails every 48-72 hours. Nobody answers on the other line. This PC had bluetooth connectivity issues out of the box and it took them 72 hours to send a link for the drivers. Thats how bad they are. Now geek squad’s answer is to call Cyberpower PC???
