Bought this gaming pc for my son, he used it for about 6 months, then it stopped working. Had someone look at, and they say the motherboard is shot. DO NOT BUY.

My only problem with this is the fact that my house burned down and I just bought a $1600 PC that cannot be refunded due to “act’s of God” not being covered.

This provides peace of mind with 3 kids. No matter how careful they are, something is bound to happen.

I would like to lodge a consumer complaint against Best Buy. Best Buy deleted computer equipment off of my total tech support plan twice. I spent a lot of time a year ago to reinstate a computer to the plan only to have it removed again and replaced by other purchases I did not ask to be added to the plan. Best Buy charged my credit card again for the renewal tech plan but still has no record of the original computer going onto the tech plan. You get a huge Zero for your unhelpful waste of time non-support. You have no real customer support at all, just out of country bots reading scripts.

Great, we have a protection plan. So when the computer we bought in April starts crashing in November (again, after a re-imaging by the Geek Squad in September) this plan covers repairs BUT it means sending it out and WAITING 3 WEEKS. This is not acceptable to me. The computer is a lemon and we want a different one!

Gives us a good protection for our products easy way for a good protection

It’s a must to get a protection plan especially if the item is expensive

Purchased this protection service and renewed it and at some point they removed the installation service that was included. Also, even though I use my telephone number on all purchases not all show under the protection service plan and on a few I wasn't emailed time to renew.

Have not had any issues since recent brown outs with this new unit.

My son loves this system and it runs well. Prefect for his gaming

Started out as the Geek Squad then shortly after purchasing the YEAR up front, the program changed and went monthly. The Webroot subscription that was included stopped working and I was forced to pay AGAIN for a new key.... lastly, the service techs were polite enough but I cant say that they were that much more knowledgeable than myself in terms of fixing computer issues.

My protection came with my total tech plan at no extra cost

Its a warranty that you hope youll never use, but if you need it its probably worth it.
