After buying two gaming computers for my boys. I definitely needed to add an additional layer of coverage.

I got the protection plan with my new PC, and thought it was a decent deal, as it covered everything electronic I have in my house, and the return window was way longer. But when I called to inquire how I should get my old stuff on the new pc, the Expert on the line gave advice that would've zapped all my old programs, etc, and got VERY testy when I mentioned this. Good for coverage and returns, but NOT live assistance.

Service is horrible all they do is spin you around say they can't find anything wrong.

Returned one and bought the same one again thinki g maybe it was just bad luck but nope both ended up with corrupt harddrives. Called skytech support and they didnt follow through. Don't recommend.

Please heed the warnings, “warranty” IS that bad. Doesn’t matter HOW much you paid, these devices are designed to break. Have fun replacing it in a year or less.

For repairs I do not recommend it but to make an exchange

Not a good option it stated out ok then lated i started having start up issues hsve to format 5 times since this purchase

Wish it was the 3 year one instead tbh. Not happy with this.

They have had my daughter's laptop for weeks and still have not contacted me. About the repair. Also I had to pay money for a deposit. It is a very expensive program.

I really like having the total tech membership but i was told when i purchased this warranty that it was for 24 months, not 12. I feel like I was lied to when I got the warranty now.

Computer started having problems within 20 days of purchase. I honestly would have never purchased it if I could go back. It was bought for my sister she literally only used it for the sims.

Works as advertised, best buy wont reimburse you have to call customers services bestbuy.com

Lasted all of a week before tbe dreaded blue screen of death

VERY SLOW. Might be able to run one item at a time.

Definitely worth it they will come to your house and service your electronics

I have no clue what this is. Am I paying for this every month? After Christmas rush I'll be down to see what this is and why it was charged to me.

I was hesitant to get the protection package, but it's already paid off.

It was a lemon! I exchanged it for the same kind. It is operating as it should.
