Keyboard stopped working after a year. The tower works fine.

Pretty good for a starter pc gets the job done and a lot of room for upgrades and the price

Really great pc. The fans do get a bit loud occasionally but regardless runs smooth as butter.

This cyberpower PC purchase definitely made me question the quality of these products. 4 months in, i get the blue screen of death. Seriously, for a pc mainly used for fortnite, marvel rivals, i expected better. What’s worse, i took it to geek squad. And after 4 days, they couldnt figure out how to fix it. Im a totaltech member. They think it’s the RAM, or corrupted software or motherboard issue. Whats the use of the protection plan if your answer is send it to Cyberpower PC out of pocket??? Cyberpower PC customer service is terrible. They answer emails every 48-72 hours. Nobody answers on the other line. This PC had bluetooth connectivity issues out of the box and it took them 72 hours to send a link for the drivers. Thats how bad they are. Now geek squad’s answer is to call Cyberpower PC???

So far so good, fun and games, and zoom all day n night

I was hoping for better options for Monitors, but you only get 1 HDMI, 1 Display Port and 1 DVI. I'm sure that I can add a Video Card because the PC has plenty of power to support it. I'm not a huge fan of WIN 11 and I may just need to get comfortable with using the New Windows (we'll see)

Even though I haven't had any problems they are attentive.

Protection for the items is a must, it very helpful.

Just an FYI - this does not include NOT Geek squad work! They have to “send off” your device to get fixed

Keyboard is not the greatest but overall I am happy with my purchase

Definitely worth the money to save on hassles or major issues.
