It was helpful to talk to a technician. He was very helpful in helping me with the laptop and mouse.

Best computer I’ve owned. The guy at best buy was great with helping me because I love playing the Sims. He even helped me pick a better power supply and once I got that installed with Geek Squad it has run EVEN better and so quiet. Doesn’t overheat at all.

Great for small companies to do billing / banking all around a good base computer

This was a perfect gift for my grandson. No complaints and it light up the room. The price was right and it came with a protection plan. He loves it, best gift ever he says to me with a smile.

I was a little worried about the pricing for warranties and protection plans for this PC because with me having two little ones, I knew I was going to need it but I didn't want to overspend on top of paying for the desktop. There were some protection plans that were high but I was willing to pay for them, but THEN they suggested to me their protection plan that was not only almost $100 cheaper, but is renewable, meaning I can upkeep my protection for years to come! Hopefully I will never need to use it, but it basically covers everything except cosmetic damages (scratches, dents, etc).

I will record this to anyone who’s new to technology supper helpful .

I recommend this protection for everything you buy.

Provides great coverage at Geek Squad and is a great peace of mind should something go wrong.

It gets the job done if you’re looking for an office pc. For gaming well obviously it’s not made for it. However you could run some basic games on it or low fps games
