I was a little worried about the pricing for warranties and protection plans for this PC because with me having two little ones, I knew I was going to need it but I didn't want to overspend on top of paying for the desktop. There were some protection plans that were high but I was willing to pay for them, but THEN they suggested to me their protection plan that was not only almost $100 cheaper, but is renewable, meaning I can upkeep my protection for years to come! Hopefully I will never need to use it, but it basically covers everything except cosmetic damages (scratches, dents, etc).

It was useful! And it really came in handy. Would defeintly recommend!

Very good desk top. Turns on fast. It's small enough to fit in tight spaces.

This desktop is amazing! We couldn’t believe how much faster it is. The quality is excellent and easy to navigate through whatever you need to find. It runs really quiet!

i bought this as a gift for my mom since hers went out, she’s had it since 2022 and it’s still pumping strong, no issues. She mostly watches movies and shows on it, and does all her business on it, and she plays website games- but nothing past that.

Got this for work which just requires a few webpages and checking email and using Teams, and for the quick setup and fine quality, I was pleased.

This plan has saved so much on time and money that I would have spent with questions and issues that come up on my computer.

This has more than paid for itself,we have used it clean up our desktop,which had a virus,free of charge.When we purchased a new desktop and laptop all of our data was transferred to the the new ones and we also received hands on using the devices

It is very fast and my kids enjoyed playing their games in it.
