    Love the PC I bought and am really glad that I have 2 years of protection on it. This machine is beautiful and it's really nice to know that I have coverage on it in case something happens, considering the cost of the machine.

    I haven't had to use this protection since the computer is new. I hope that will be the case going forward. On setup Lenovo also tries to sell you an extended warranty so a little confusing which would be best...or both??

    Great value to cover all electronic products. I received 2 yr protection on a CyberPowerPC dekstop. No need to worry about buying protection each time you place an order. It is already covered. Concierge service is also great as you get to connect with an agent much faster.

    best buy protection ROCKS! cat knocks it down and breaks it? fixed, spilled water on it? fixed, just didn't like the way it smelled? FIXED!! best protection plan on the planet!!

    great desktop my wife loves it, and she uses it daily no issues at all we own a lot of hp products. we always do all windows updates etc. it's her crafting machine so she needed something good, and this desktop is it.

    Amazing aervice. My last $3,000 PC died and within 2 days i had the same amount in gift cards making it easy and painless which would have otherwise been a huge inconvenience. 100% worth it.

    I have had this computer for a couple months now. It has performed excellent during all my games and normal use. Quick startup from sleep or from shut down. Only problem I have had is with Windows 11, figuring out where everything is in the menus.
