this is the first time ive bought a protection plan in well over 20 years. with that said, this was a good purchase. it covers everything i buy for 2 years, and cost the same it would if i had just tried to cover 1 item. i would recommend it.

Our family needed a charger and a battery for on the go . This charges quickly and most of all it is weatherproof and can get wet. There’s a hook that is great to put on the side of your purse or backpack

This PC is a monster, runs every game my son throws at it. Graphics are awesome!

I expected a flagship experience. What I got was a $4,000 headache wrapped in RGB lighting. The Corsair i8200 looks impressive on paper—i9-14900KF, RTX 4090, 64GB DDR5—but the execution is a mess. - Out-of-box setup was botched. I booted into a half-baked Windows image with leftover deployment junk and no activation. For this price, I shouldn’t be cleaning up Corsair’s QA failures. - System stability is laughable. Frequent BSODs, browser crashes, and VM instability right out of the gate. I’ve spent more time troubleshooting than gaming. - iCUE software is bloated and buggy. Fan curves randomly reset, RGB sync fails, and it’s constantly chewing up resources. - Thermals are decent, but airflow is questionable. Seven fans and a liquid cooler sound great until you realize the case design chokes under sustained load. - Support is slow and scripted. Corsair’s “24/7 tech support” feels more like a chatbot loop than actual help. This isn’t a gaming powerhouse—it’s a cautionary tale. If you value system integrity, build your own or look elsewhere. Corsair clearly prioritized aesthetics over reliability.

Total tech is amazing. Just dont forget to get it before any purchases because it doesnt cover anything that was bought prior to membership

Wonderful machine. I used to be an instrument rated pilot. The realism of flying Microsoft Flight Simulator on this is incredible. Great price Like new. Love it. I like it better hard wired Ethernet versus wireless.

I recommend doing this if you are making a large amount of purchases in a year as it will protect all of your purchased goods for the next 12 months. Solid insurance.

Love this protection the PC that I bought wasn't the best having a lot of issues thanks to this I can replace it even that my time to replace is expired

Bought a computer, and a year and half in the fan quit. Total tech refunded my money because they couldn't replace the PC.
