    got to have protection on new EXPENSIVE DEVICES -- This is an Insurance policy in a sense and helps to justify cost of New Computer . Not used it yet but nice to have as a support

    Well we had the computer for a little over a year & the power supply went dead. We had to pay for the new power supply or have them send the computer back to the manufacturer which could take 3 wks. I thought the protection covered parts & labor in the store, but I guess not.
