I bought this as a gift for my wife, we werent able to set it up until two months after the purchase date becuase we had just had a baby. When we finally hooked it up the unit kept turning on, speeding up the cooling fan upon start up and then shutting off. We took it to have diagnostic ran and they told us it was the power unit. They said since it was past the return date we could only have it replaced once they attempted to fix it twice. They said it was fixed and we went to pick it up. When they tested the unit at the store the same issue arose. They sent it back in for repairs and they ended up replacing it. Before we set it up, the unit was stored in a closet and there was no damage to it. The technician said that they had never seen it happen before. Thankfully we got full store credit back and were able to get a better unit.

Very noisy fan, plus this particular unit was defective, repeatedly crashing.

First year this pc was great and now the 3080 graphics card is going out. Also they should have installed a support for the graphics card which they did not.

Couldnt replace something when it stopped working after a week this is a lie! DO NOT BUY THIS THEY ARE LYING TO YOU SELLING YOU MORE %#^$&%* YOU DONT NERD THIS IT DOESNT REPLACE $#!+

Don't waste your time and money buying this type of PC. I started having problems after six months of use. I have taken it to Best Buy for repair 4 times and still have the same problem. Blue screens, crashes in games. To me this PC is overrated.

This is meant to soften unexpected malfunctions with software that you believe the store could help with.

Purchased a set up for a gaming pc. Got everything but the pc.... now customer servive says the pc is back ordered and no eta for pick up

Strict claim rules. Required me to drive to Burlington NC or Fredericksburg VA or pack item up and wait. Also requires me to take off from work to go to UPS store since its drop off and my location doesn’t have Saturday hours. Total inconvenience is a better name

This computer blows. It crashes at least 10 times a day and Geek Squad can't fix it. They keep making me endure remote logins but haven't been able to fix it. Don't waste your money.

For repairs I do not recommend it but to make an exchange

Turnec it on one morning andbit was dead completely. Right after the warranty expired

I haven’t had to use this service yet. I feel like it will work as promised as the store did all it could to help me .

If you are used to buy tech in Best Buy this the best way to take care of all your products!!

Just purchased this product, and it works fine so far. Only a tiny issue while unpackaging, one of the cords was unplugged from the motherboard but not a huge issue just plugged it back in as directed by the setup instructions.

Very happy so far with this machine. It seems like everything is in proper working order. Time will tell and ill update this in a couple months. :) I did have someone tell me the power supply shouldve been 850-900 but this one came with 800 so i hope it will be good enough :)

Excellent computer. Works great, fast and dependable.

Terrible customer service. There was maybe 5 to 10 customers in the entire store and I had a sales associate come and ask what I needed after standing there for about 15 minutes at a locked memory container because I needed to buy some ram. After realizing he didn't have the key he took off to get the keys saying he would be right back I stood in the same spot for 30 minutes waiting while two other associates just walked by without asking what I needed and finally I walked out the store and decided to just order my memory elsewhere I will never step foot in this Best buy again they lost a customer here
