Good but can be better.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have the total tech membership so this is included automatically, it's a warranty protection for 24months for all the devices that I buy but I can only apply up to two devices in a year and I have to pay deductible when the device breaks, This is good but I wish there's another way to just buy a full warranty coverage and can extend it to 3-5years since that's when device really starts to break or show the bad quality.

Not what I thought it was

We had to pay for the new power supply or have them send the computer back to the manufacturer which could take 3 wks. I thought the protection covered parts & labor in the store, but I guess not.
