I always buy the 24 month Best Buy Protection plan. My recent purchase of the Samsung A7 lite for my daughter is a result of damage to her tablet and they could not repair it, so they replaced it. I mean REALLYYYY Way to go Best Buy. Do I need to tell you the A7 cost way more than I paid for coverage. CAN'T TOUCH that!!!!!

The tablet is not bad. The push with every update that installs apps I don't need it want is annoying, and I won't be buying another Lenovo tablet because of that is there are other alternatives. Had to return this tablet because it would not install updates.

It was a gift. She loved it and continues to use it.

The Best Buy protection is amazing. I had an issue with my Kindle, took it in and they replaced it. As easy as that. I always get the protection plans because life happens.

I am absolutely loving my kindle. I read by the pool in full sun. There is no issue with seeing the screen, there is zero glare, and it is water proof. This is such a great way to read in the sun and by the pool.

This is one of my favorite purchases I've made. I couldn't love it more. The protection plan i purchased with it is great. Very happy with this purchase.

Best Buy Total Tech is a MUST HAVE if you haven’t done so already. It gives you free access on whatever releases because you’re a member you’ll be served first also gives you 2yr protection + the warranty of the item so it is nice to have.

Bought it for my wife and she absolutely loved it! Carries it everywhere!

This is a quality tablet. It is large which gives me good visibility (I'm a senior who needs that visibility). It is fast. My only negative is I have difficulty getting it started. It didn't come with instructions!

Geek Squad eases my mind about my products. My tablet needs protection and I would rather have Geek Squad put it on than me. They do a great job.
