Had Total Tech. Should not have had to buy this. Fortunately this error was discovered before it was too late.

I’ve bought this tablet for my daughter but I had no idea it would be so slow and hard to maneuver at times

I’ve had numerous Amazon Fires and never had a problem with any. They have lasted over five years. This new one is awful. You can’t load some programs at all. It doesn’t even recognize which Fire it is. Just the simple turning off and on can be a hassle.

Excellent low cost tablet and reader, but amazon is relentless with the advertising on a product you have already paid for.

Works well for the price. I use it as a base for my meater plus probe while cooking and to occasionally watch netflix.

A little slow. Takes forever to turn on and even longer to do things on it

Purchased this tablet in feb 2022 its good for reading not playing more than 1 game and anyways this device just die out 9 month's later

I bought this for my granddaughter. She absolutely loves it. She is only 5 but the ease of use and the fact that we can put parental controls on this are great. So. much better than I even thought.

They did do a good job at geek squad. I told them it had a virus as soon as i opened it and it kept was i. Reboot. Still had the warranty but wouldn't let me return said i had to go to Lenovo. When got back from lenovo for scammed from microsoft said they were any way. We opened it up and had red alarms going off but before that took it to Geek Squad gave them into and they called the wrong number and gave access to my computer and they gave all ever was in the phone permission to reset the computer cause they said they called me and i argue with them they didn't ated like not a big deal that someone to do the things they did to my computer. I'm very upset and wouldn't let me return it and was under warranty after it got send out to you and lenovo. Very upset cause they let me get more vulerable. They had no time to go thru it with me ill never again get Geek Squad for this.

I was told that a tv i had purchased a couple weeks before buying total tach would be covered as they could look up thr tv purchase

Purchased as a gift, they use it everyday. Good battery life.

This tablet is average at best. Used for slack and general email. Battery life wasn’t so good.

Decided to have kindle app on phone jnstead of kindle device itself.
