It’s a great tablet but it keeps loosing connection to the internet.

As this service comes with the purchase it is very cost effective

It’s too expensive, I can see maybe 100 dollars a year but 200 is too much

This protection plan is too short to cover highly potential and critical aspects that fault this device. You need at least a year to get a claim of store credit if device is continuously faulty. The fact that you have 5 tries to take the device to get fixed which is almost as much as the device would cost is insulting since you spend about 250$ just to get store credit after the 5th attempt. I've been total tech member for more than 3 years and this only caused me nothing but headaches and a loss of money.

I would recommend this for anyone that has an electronic anything. Great help and great support at any hour!

Good looking product, but has no RAM speed/storage.

This device is absolutely amazing it was everything i wanted, but stopped working in less than 24hrs. After waiting days for it to arrive. It was exteremly disappointly. However, in terms of true ereaders this was amazing it is not limited to simply one provider but any so you have access to every place you like to read from which was what i wanted. Ended up exchaning it for a samsung tablet but only because my kid wanted to share a device or i honestly would have waited for a replacement!!

Perfect gift for the avid reader in your life. simple, but powerful.

I love this samsung tablet. It came with the pen and works great. I love how big the screen is and how its all most boarderless.

The Totaltech customer service is a complete waste of time. They are clueless and unhelpful. I would strongly recommend purchasing the extended warranty instead of the Totaltech plan.
