Still learning to use, no apple tv app, hard to obtain a cover that will allow it to stand up with ease

Great tablet until about 3 months in. Half the screen flickers and goes black. We have the protection plan on it but it just gets sent off they factory reset it and send it back. Then it starts acting up a few weels later

Best Buy extended warranty is great. I've only had good experiences with Best Buy warranties.

Haven't had to use the protection plan and hopefully won't have to but never know.

Never needed you use it but it's good to have peace of mind.

Don't bother buying the extended warranty from Best Buy as they do not stand by warranty. I have spent over $5,000 in extended warranty's from BestBuy over the last few years. I had one computer that had a broken screen, which was replaced under warranty. Ever since then the computer randomly goes into sleep mode and you cannot get it to come out of sleep mode without letting the battery drain completely. I brought it back in about 45 days after the replacement of the screen. They said they could not replicate the issue. I explained that my son was going to college and if this continued it would not be acceptable. The manager said that if we had to bring it back in, that they would replace or refund the money. My son brought it back in to an out of state Bestbuy who didn't really test anything and told him there was nothing that could be done. I stopped by the Store that I had brought it to and they said that when he came back into town that I could bring it in and they would replace it or refund me. When my son came back for Christmas break I brought it in but the manager could not refund the money because it was past the expiration date of the warranty. II asked why they told me there was no rush to get it in, because I could have shipped it home while it was still under warranty. They refused to stand by their word and I was forced to purchase another computer. This is the way that your Company treats someone that has consistently spent $5-6,000 per year then someone who only spends a $1,000 can expect to be treated much worse.

Cominf from an android tablet, it is very clear to me that touch just sucks on Windows.

Only a protection until your total tech membership lapses due to having very difficult time these last few months. Especially financially. Then less than a month after your manufactures warranty expires, your $1000+ surface pro mother board begins shorting out and is now a paper weight. Best Buys by the book management and employees refuse to offer any help what so ever. Every appliance and electronics has been purchased through Best Buy with Total Tech, but we are NOT getting any support. I need my laptop to run my start up business. I’m so very frustrated and disappointed. I will pay for Total Tech again. I just need them to honor this. We even have a fridge that has leaked since we have had it and they keep sending people out that never fix it. We have just given up on that. This is corporate America right?! Do better!!!

I haven't used the protection. The items I bought work fantastically and don't need this. But makes me feel secure having it.

Pens for these devices are poorly constructed! Tips are constantly breaking off during replacement. Working with Remarkable support is like working with the IRS. I would not purchase this product and continue looking for your note taking needs.

Died after a month. BB won’t warranty. WE have to ship it to Microsoft! Don’t buy Microsoft products from BB!

This laptop does everything I need and I like that I can easily detach the keyboard I bought and make it a pure tablet.
