Underwhelming experience

The writing experience feels too much like writing with a pencil, I enjoy writing with a pen and this writing experience leaves a LOT to be desired.

The fellow at BB set it up and indicated they would do same if I purchased one in the future. Well, bait and switch! No they wouldn't!!
