Not even 6 months of ownership and starts to glitch severely, especially when it came to being and staying connted to the wifi.

I had to have a lap top fixed. They repaired it but I had to pay $50. Guess I didn’t read that.

Most products outlive the two year extended warranty offered by best buy. Make it a 5 year extended warranty and I might renew.

This is a great protection of having all of your merchandise purchased at Best Buy I have no complaints some stores do you have maybe 90 days to return your item you can even use the return item as a credit towards a better item if you didn’t like the product at all

Needed this for extra protection on my devices. But So far not seeing much of the benefits since I’m techie and get most of my electronics on surge protectors.

We have a sony bravia 77” tv. The other sound bars looked to small below it (hanging on the wall). Then we saw this one and it looks great but it also sounds great as well! Def rec buying the sub as well.

I am really happy with his new protection program. Best Buy runs as a membership. We have already utilized the program, it is very simple and the Best Buy team is excellent.

Did not meet my expectations. It was too heavy. Difficult to navigate. And a bit pricey.

Had an issues they never solved or called back. Little disappointed

I wouldnt buy again i would just have to keep it but its a good value but its okay.

Sold me this total protection plan when I bought my expensive TV only to find out it only gave me a total of 2yrs warranty. 2.5 yrs my tv broke and this is how you find out you have no warranty. I was mislead to believe that the yearly fee was for warranty extension. They should have offered me an extended warranty before I had none.

I love the confidence that the Best Buy protection plan gives me. I don’t have to use it often, but when I do, they are always great!

You can’t go wrong with getting this added protection. It was added cause I have a Geek Squad membership. Well worth getting!!!!

Bestbuy protection never lets me down, luckily I have pnly had to use it once or twice but they stand to their word.

I love the Best Buy total tech plan and worth the long term investments for my protection of all my items.
