Very tech savvy? If possible invest in total tech its a one time fee for 24 months and covers all purchases made at bb even those out of store and you get free same day shipping they even offer discounted rates on certain products. It is so worth it. I love Best Buy.

I live by this protection plan!! If you have children, please by the protection plan. The games will break and the manufacturer will not cover it. The games cost too much not to ensure. I’d rather pay a small deductible than the entire price to replace a game.

We are happy to have the extra protection in case of an accident. We have not needed to use this yet. It is nice that it is included.

I recommend monthly protection to anyone that has any major purchases.

Best Buy actually stands behind the warranties which is really great. Hopefully Best Buy sticks around a little bit longer. Their warranties are good.

Received this product today. It was in EXCELLENT QUALITY when I received it. Easily un-boxed and able to set up. All items were present. I have to say this was the quickest set-up I've ever had for any type of device (T.V, PC, Laptop, Phone, etc.).

Enjoyed this memberships. It was nice to have the peace of mind even though I did not end up needing it.

BestBuy has been very good about taking care of me when my products go faulty. Have had them replace burned in TVs, faulty speakers, and even gaming controllers. Highly recommended!

Best buy is holding my product after trying to get it repaired. Geek sqaud sent it back to the store 5 times with out any repair! The store has my console at the store and refuses to give it back or give me a refund. Ive made multiples calls to the store and the call center for an escalation for the past 2 weeks with no answer. They always tell me someone will call me back, but no one does. This is riduculous! No manager or supervisor wants to talk to me and the store refuses to call me back!
