    When you buy this it extends your return window and covers items for 2 years.. until you find out it doesnt. Bought a rog ally and it stopped working. Attempted to take it back and get a new one. Guy at the counter told me it would be an additional $60 bucks to fix it. I attempted to explain that i had the 24 month geek squad and he told me that this item wasnt covered. I said when i bought it they told me they would just give me a new one and he said "yeah, thats not how it works." I believe i probably got flagged as i returned a laptop i had for two weeks for one with a bigger screen. I ended up going thru the manufacturer warranty and they fixed it without an issue . However, it did cost me about 25 bucks to ship it. So, i will be ending my coverage this fall as now if i get hassled every time i return something. Its not worth the 200 bucks .
