Bought this since i buy quite a bit from best buy...i might as well have some protection. As a gamer, initially was gonna buy just for access to get ps5 and xbox easier, but since i buy a lot of stuff it was worth it overall. I think coverage has some grey areas and they need to be more defined for a high price tag so you really know what kind of protection you get. Dont buy if your trying to get a console imho.

The Logitech 3S MX mouse is great. I love is because it’s portable and works on all surfaces.

Struggle with some app issues, like HULU. Won't load unless connected to wireless. Ethernet doesn't work with it. It drops a lot and have to reconnect. Fine in my other Samsung TV and LG TV. Also, freezes on this TV but not on theother two.

Good just gotta watch out for them they can rip u off but ur stuff occasionally gets fixed

Seems pretty good but it’s a bit expensive. Not sure if good for casual customers

Nice picture but that's it. Video games and other plugins is a horrible interface

I cancelled this because I couldn't pay it off I didn't want to be bothered with the small payments forever. No one would even discuss this with me. I don't like it wnen I don't have choices. Not only that the chances I would ever use it are close to zero.

Two year warranty free with Total Tech membership. Total Tech does cost $200 yearly. May not be worth it if you dont buy a lot of electrincs in a year but if you do buy a lot of electronics it pays for itself in free warranties alone. There is more to Total Tech but this is about warranties.

Best buy service is an absolute disaster; if it’s not solved in one phone call, then it won’t be solved. They tell you they will call you back and they don’t. They guarantee gift cards, proper service, and refunds - AND THEY DONT. I have been through the wringer for nearly three months for a proper washer and dryer. I have never felt the need to go through so much. An absolute joke.
