Geek Squad told me Total Tech is refusing to cover Replacement chargers on my HP Laptop. I was not informed that the laptop I purchased was such trash that the protection plan excluded the replacement of certain parts.

The service and the protection I got were worth it!

The only benefit to this was buy buying totaltech saved me $200, after all things were considered, on delivery, haul off, and connecting an entire kitchen set of appliances. As far as a warranty goes they were useless. Have an issue with my LG Dishwasher, Best Buy says they can't fix it until the LG warranty is out, and LG can't get their act together and assign a service provider to it. If you're considering it I'd say it's only worth it if you're buying enough appliances that the cost of this will offset the delivery fees. Otherwise don't bother.

Decent protection for your devices. Have used once already but didnt know i had to pay a $49 fee for a $69 controller.

When we first got this insurance , it worked fine on one particular item the rules So it does not cover certain things.We are stuck with a TV added A.Refrigerator that's failing to not recommend any kind of insurance.

Wish this still included delivery and set up like the old plan

it's fine because it comes with total tech and i use total tech for other reasons but these console warranties never really matter in my opinion.

Pathetic service. What a disgrace of a service they provide you. For having this service for 13 months, I finally was looking to get something done. They FAILED and DAMAGED the unit. Did not take responsibility for the issue that they damaged on the BRAND NEW UNIT. Freaking disgraceful

Pretty expensive ticket if you ask me lol. Bought this in order to have a chance to purchase PS5.
