I’ve gotten a lot of value from the various protection plans and total tech tech support plan that I purchased. They are really great about returns and purchases, they set up my televisions and PCs and go out of their way to make sure that I’m satisfied with my purchase!

It doesn't matter if you have appliances, phones, televisions, home theatre. The protection plan is well worth the expense since you are covered on all of these items. You even get special pricing on a wide variety of items from Best Buy that you may need in the future.

I purchased this to cover a laptop I bought for my elderly mom. Her balance isn't great, and I wanted to make sure I had some kind of "Apple Care" like policy - to replace something may become broken if my parent had dropped their new laptop. To my surprise, this covers everything I've purchased and future purchases up to 24-months. Worth every dollar

I have had multiple installments done with my total tech membership but the problem is you have purchase everything from Best Buy and sometimes they might have exactly what you want. Also, a lot of the stuff already come with free installation and being an elite plus membership is pointless at this because of this. Got it to order a ps5.

This plan has been a solid addition for the amount of items we get from Best Buy. From customer support to in store support, even when I'm not present (I purchased the item but I wasn't able to take it in, so they made sure my representative felt supported).
