You need protection for all your tech. Having this 2 warranty is a must.

Useful . Just had a PlayStation 5 with bad disk drive bought 13 months ago. Took it back to store. Because I had the protection, I paid the $50 deductible and they are shipping me a new one next week. No argument, just helpful staff.

I spent $199 for the coverage. I will get that back with one visit when geek squad comes to mount my new flatscreen TV. In addition I’m going to extended warranty coverage on almost every piece of electronics that I buy at Best Buy. Plus I get total tech customer support for All of my other tech. I think it’s a very good deal As you also get access to specials and deals before the general public.

Not much to say other than the protection on your products is usually a good idea. And best buy implements the plans well.

I guess it's worth it? Luckily, I have had to use it.

I have the memebership which includes the service plans. I am unhappy about an incident in the past. Due to the phone support canceling my plan after autopaying, I opted out of this beforehand and was charged anyways before expiration date on a card I dint want it on. All of my plans were cancelled due to this action. Bestbuy support gave me no resolution other than stating i was SOL and they would not help me. I will most likely be ending my membership upon expiration due to this lack of support. I have been a member since it was introduced.

Great Protection Plan. Geek squad is always helpful. The service from the Geek Squad agents is always friendliness & helpfulness. They really go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy & satisfied.
