One just have to be patient. Things can’t happen with the snap of a finger. They definitely have taken care of me had an issue with the television actually two televisions now and they’ve taken care of us. Great services.

This is the best thing since slice bread. I love the fact that you don’t need to be hassled if you have a problem with your items you can just bring it back to the store they will fix or replace the item. In some cases even refund.

A must have. Every time I’ve needed something or someone they where always there.

The current warranty policy is fine, but it’s definitely not as good of a value as it was under TotalTech. Coverage feels more limited now, and the added perks just don’t justify the price the way they used to. It still offers peace of mind, but it’s harder to recommend without the stronger benefits TotalTech included. It’s okay—but not great.

I don’t know what I’d do without the peace of mind that comes with Best Buy’s Geek Squad warranty offers. They’re definitely worth the investment and have saved me a lot of money. Also, Best Buy has amazing customer service…Dare I say better than the artist formally know as Apple’s Genius Bar.
