Although I haven’t used my Geek Squad subscription to its full extent yet, the times I did need it were smooth and hassle-free. Customer service was excellent, and they made troubleshooting my computer problems quick and easy. When they couldn’t fix my laptop, they had no problem replacing it right away. Having the Geek Squad protection plan also gives me a better sense of security when buying from Best Buy. Even though I could purchase the same items elsewhere, I feel more confident buying from Best Buy because of the added protection.

I love the geek squad protection plan. It has saved me big time with my son’s PS5 when the HDMI port went out. Best warranty out there. It also has saved me money on purchases.

Best Buy coverage is wonderful and included with membership. I’ve had to use it only once but never any issues. For now I would recommend customers to buy-in to the membership if BestBuy is one of your favorite stores.

The protection plan has saved me a lot of money. If what you buy stops working in the first two years just exchange it. I’ve never had a problem returning anything. I think the price could be a little cheaper. I pay $250 for this and pc protection. You don’t have to pay for warranties which is nice. I’m a big spender at Best Buy and it’s well worth it.

Im worry free with Bestbuy protection. I have tablets, 4 Tv's, cell phone, 2 dvd players and Im going to continue to add to the list. Its great to have. You cant beat it.
