As a frequent Best Buy shopper, this purchase was a no-brainer. In addition, members get 24/7/365 tech support, free delivery, standard installation, and haul-away.

It was in EXCELLENT QUALITY when I received it. Easily un-boxed and able to set up. All items were present. I have to say this was the quickest set-up I've ever had for any type of device (T.V, PC, Laptop, Phone, etc.).

Confused

The TV keeps returning to Samsung TV every time it’s turned on, does not stay on channel you were in when you turn it off. Probably just my issue

Buy It, You'll Love It

Never a problem, hassle, always polite, knowledgeable service. Very refreshing after dealing with other retailers Service Plans!

It definitely drives me to purchase the larger electronics exclusively at Best Buy.
