I've been using Best Buy's Protection Plan for a good couple years and I can't recommend it enough. Knowing that my tech I purchase from this company provides me some peace of mind knowing they'll take care of it if anything were to go wrong. The ease of service is the biggest standout for me. From getting in contact with Best Buy's Geek Squad over my TV not working, setting up the appointment, and them showing up to make a relatively quick and easy repair with a solid explanation as to why it had a problem made this a worthwhile investment.
