This is a grewt service, it has saved me thousands of dollars. I had big issue with my PC with mutiple parts needing to get replaced and this plan coved all my parts and labor and I paid nothing out of pocket.

Although I haven’t used my Geek Squad subscription to its full extent yet, the times I did need it were smooth and hassle-free. Customer service was excellent, and they made troubleshooting my computer problems quick and easy. When they couldn’t fix my laptop, they had no problem replacing it right away. Having the Geek Squad protection plan also gives me a better sense of security when buying from Best Buy. Even though I could purchase the same items elsewhere, I feel more confident buying from Best Buy because of the added protection.

I have the Best Buy plan and it's great. I'm covered on pretty much any purchase I make. I've never had to utilize it, thankfully, but it's handy if I ever do need it.

Best decision I’ve made was to get this and keep is updated.

I like that it covers items I buy for two years. Yes it a little on the pricey side for a year. But I have saved at least $1300 for the year. If you are a frequent shopper then yes get it. Also have total member sales as well.
