This came with am alexa i bought and i got it all set up works great.

I was hesitant as it was quite expensive, but overall it's worked out well. I would renew.

It's pretty expensive, but since it covers any purchases, it makes sense if you're buying numerous things or large dollar items. I have a TV and a few video game systems covered along with a toaster and some other stuff. I haven't had to use it yet, so I can't speak to how well it works or how easy the process is, but I have to assume that it is decent.

I haven't needed to use it but glad it's there. Time will tell, but ideally, it won't be required.

Totaltech is expensive but you cant beat getting a 24 month warranty on most items that you buy.
