Haven’t use it but I’m just creating this review for the 25 points. I did find it weird the San Marcos was able to transfer my plan to someone else and Carmel Mountain wouldn’t. They said to just give the information to the person that needed it. Weird

The price is high for one product but if you buy multiple it seems to be a good deal. Where I question it is after the 2 years. Best Buy was not clear on what happens after the 2 years. So if I can get a 5 year warranty vs. paying annually at a higher price, the annual ones gives you more perks up front but after 2 years, then what? Most items don't really need the warranty during the 1st 2 years.

No idea if its worth it or not. We will see I cannot get my appliances delivered and install in November with an August purchase date.

Had for a short time but never utilized warranties. I have for items in the past but never with this contract specifically so i'm sure it would have been worth while.

I love having the Total Tech protection and knowing everything I buy is covered. Haven’t had to use it too much other than with my computer after it crashed. As far as the benefits! I love the extra discounts, early access to things like the PlayStation!

Membership should be free. Perks neee to be better to justify the price of membership

This is total crap -- I. never buy these things and I received an email saying my membership was going to renew for $179.99. I immediately contacted customer support who was trying to "help me with a device." I explained repeatedly that I did not need help with a device but I needed him to cancel this membership that I never signed up for and gave him the ID number from my email. He was rude, but did it. Then he ended the texting session while I was asking him questions!

Sound is superior, and the shncing was flawless and simple. Haven’t had an issue yet except for the fact the subwoofer occasionally will disconnect. But the app makes it so much easier to make adjustments. Works perfect for the Sony

Hard for me to understand accidental protection covers an Xbox but not a tv. I would understand a deductible based on price of tv but to not cover at all is strange to me.

no service was received in house. Hd appointment manager would not even help.

Got 2 year warranty free with Total Tech membership. Total Tech costs $200 yearly but if you buy a lot of electronics it pays for itself. There's more to Total Tech but this is a warranty review.

So far Best Buy has only let me down once in all my years of purchasing the extended warranty, but all the rest have been so easy! Total tech is a lifesaver
