They charge even under warranty to replace items

They change the rules all the time. One employee will tell you one thing and the other will tell you no it don’t cover that which leads to wasting money on a warranty you can’t use. Or they will try and charge you extra money to replace it when you already paid for a warranty. Online says it’s covered the store says it’s not. Confusing

Not worth it unless you use their services often

TotalTech Membership No Longer Worth The Cost

After the huge benefit cuts to a TotalTech membership last year, I decide to give it one more year. I haven’t realized anything close to the value of the current subscription, as I did previously. BestBuy basically stripped away any meaningful benefits, so in my opinion this “benefit” is really of no benefit (at least to me), anymore.
