    Love the protection plan, smartest purchase I have ever made at Best Buy. Makes life easier whe purchases devices from Best Buy. At the same time the support you get and home installation benefits aloone is worth it not to forget the saving on items others do not get unless they are a Pro Tech member.

    Best Protection Plan Service by any major retailers out there! I have honestly received the fastest and most reliable repair/replacement service on my last 3 items/products I purchased within the last 2 years that needed servicing.     Worth every penny. When I purchased this for my laptop I had to use them to clear up space and install some hardware. Very quick and easy visit.

    You cannot beat this protection plan. It covers all your computers, gaming systems, apple products for two years. I have gotten my money out of the things that I have had to have fixed. Just had a 3 year old computer worked on at first they didn't know I had the protection plan it was going to cost me over $300 more than the protection plans cost.
