I’ve had no issues utilizing total Tech. It’s been great so far and the customer service has always been great and I have received help immediately. When I’ve had to replace something, there was no questions asked and they were extremely helpful.

I always get protection for my purchases. You never know what's going to happen. I've had to use my protection on multiple occasions.

A must have. Definitely worth it. I utilize this for free screen protector installations. Saves me money every month. Comes with webroot security for free and there’s other perks. Laptop gets fixed whenever I need it.

Nice to know that im warranty protected and i will go out my way to make purchases from here just to use it customer service is top notch expensive but worth it

Had a crux air fryer quit working after around 6 months. I maybe could have gotten a new one from crux, but I just brought it in, they gave a gift card for what I paid for it.

Best Buy has an outstanding protection plan I have used it several times and its always been a smooth process much easier than dealing with manufacturer warranty

Best Buy device protection is something everyone needs. All of my purchases get an automatic 2 year warranty which allows me to save money to buy other Best Buy products.

I've recently had to use my protection plan to have a Geek Squad Technician to come to the house to verify connection setup and to replace an 85" TV. The team was on time, polite and communicated their progress each step of the way.

It’s ok. Just be aware they do not work on gaming consoles. The warranty is useless for those so don’t bother buying the warranty for any console. I would ask if a product is covered by the extended warranty before you waste your money on it. I will say the total tech is ok. I’ve had to ask questions and you get to a chat rep really fast. Also I get access to hard to find products and special pricing on a lot of items so it’s balanced out.

Protection is the best thing you can get for your electronics. Everything or Anything can have something wrong with it that you can't see. This protection covers those unforeseen issues.
