Best but protection plan

Disappointed customer

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although I like this product I had total tech and all the products that I’ve purchased are supposed to be covered some representative canceled my accounts while I was waiting for a supervisor to follow up with me now my refrigerator televisions everything that I purchase for my new home is no longer under warranty because someone dropped the ball and have yet to receive a call from management. I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer service that I have received from Best Buy

waste of money

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Frigidaire offers their own warranty for similiar amount. and if you use the best buy warranty when the frigidaire repairman shows up they warn you that if the call is unwarranted, the service man will charge a $65 fee. With Best Buy - I have not had luck getting replacement of product after the one year mark so be wary

Whirlpool is our worse oven ever

We have had it 7 months and we were gone for 2.5 months of thanksgiving time. It takes forever to heat up. It never stays close to the required temperature. I will never buy another Whirlpool appliance now Maytag because they own Maytag.
