Love this refrigerator! It's big, but does everything is supposed to! Makes ice quickly!

Nice little fridge, a little noisy but it gets the job done splendidly.

Spacious and really like the convenience door for drinks.

Great fridge except the icemaker kept freezing up which got recalled and just icemaker had to get replaced. Since then everything has been working great.

Not sure as have not needed to use the service Again how responsive the service may be, I am not sure

Overall product performs ok - keeps temp and alerts work. BUT, tel he storage drawers are cheap, fall off and break, the bottom dust cover is cheap plastic and breaks easily, and although I love that it is space saving, I have so much less space inside than my old fridge and not for enough storage.

Bought the protection plan because we’ve had good use when having to use them. You never want to have to use it but, sure saves money when you do.

The protection for the refrigerator is incredible. Won't have to worry about protection if anything goes wrong.

So far so good! Had a few issues with Mac computer and they walked me through the fix.

I hope i never have to use the protection plan but nice to know i have it

Although I like this product I had total tech and all the products that I’ve purchased are supposed to be covered some representative canceled my accounts while I was waiting for a supervisor to follow up with me now my refrigerator televisions everything that I purchase for my new home is no longer under warranty because someone dropped the ball and have yet to receive a call from management. I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer service that I have received from Best Buy

Had too many bad apples in the past, protection gives peace of mind

Delivery was excellent and they took the old refrigerator away also.

Frigidaire offers their own warranty for similiar amount. and if you use the best buy warranty when the frigidaire repairman shows up they warn you that if the call is unwarranted, the service man will charge a $65 fee. With Best Buy - I have not had luck getting replacement of product after the one year mark so be wary

I rather pay a few extra bucks at pc Richard’s or aj Madison. No class at Best Buy. Still waiting for a call back
