Best buy monthly protection is great as it elevates stress when something with the equipment goes wrong, I feel secure with the program knowing that I will be taking care of as a customer

I ordered the protection plan because it gives me added protection in case of a failure, and the cost to repair is expensive if you do not have warranty coverage.

I really really enjoyed the geek squad protection Best Buy elite is the best is save you a lot of money and Headache down the line one problem with the stuff you call them and they take care of it

I am still getting used to this new warranty/protection program. However, if the no questions asked return process for damaged items on warranty are the same as before, then sign me up. Best Buy's protection is 2nd to none.

I BOUGHT KITCHENAID BECAUSE I HAVE HAD THEM BEFORE AND ENJOYED THEIR QUALITY, GREAT STURDY CONSTRUCTION AND SERVICEABILITY. THIS FREDGE IS LESS THAN THAT. FLIMSY IN SOME CASES WHERE THE DRAWERS ARE CONSTRUCTED, SHELVES DON'T LOCK IN PLACE.. DISAPPOINTED..

Purchased this plan to accompany my refrigerator. Due to lower prices at Best Buy over other retailers, it is a win win for me and almost paid for itself from the beginning.

This fridge is a dream! Two ice makers, a beautiful spacious refrigerator, and an easy to organize freezer conveniently located in the bottom drawer! Appliances are overpriced but we felt we got a great deal!

Bought two appliances so of course bought two protection packages. It is worth the $ and lack of headaches knowing Best Buy will take care of any issues.

The refrigerator does not have enough range of cooling temperatures. The middle drawer is not really usable because the capacity is small and limited cooling ranges. We do not care for the water dispersal inside the fridge. Thought we would, but kinda a pain to leave the outer door open when refilling a drink cup.

It works good for its price. I had to exchange it for another one because the first one had a leaked in it .

Doubles as an extra fridge OR freezer. It is being utilized as an extra freezer for now. Quick freeze option for when you need it so drop temperature really quick.
