Great refrigerator. the ice making took a while to figure out how to make it work? but works great. ice dispenser makes a little mess every time, but i am ok with it. water dispenser could have a higher flow, but it works ok. It is an American company so that is a plus..

I have purchased several LG products over the past several years and every one of them have failed to perform as expected. This was the last straw for us and we will never buy another LG product again. The refrigerator is noisy and there is no way to regulated how much ice it makes other than to turn the ice maker off once the ice bin is full.

Overall, I have been happy with the total protection plan. I had a few services calls and geek squad has been prompt when responding.

I always wanted a fridge like this I can fit everything I buy in it plus all my son's medications and still have empty space. So glad I bought the open box item

All I can say is I had to return this item and lost a lot of money because my groceries went bad it wasn’t an open box got a new refrigerator and it seems to be working very good my only complaint would be that you can only go up to 34° in refrigerator you can’t go any lower which follows me a bit because what if I would choose to go lower?

It is recommended to get the yearly protection on anything you buy rather than just protection on the unit itself. By the second year I am able to get more protection, but that is two years away. Great service.
