For me it’s ok but I have to wait a year to be cover to help me fix it if got a problem

Good coverage, great deal other than Samsung TVs, otherwise you need to go thru them

Leaves fingerprints easily. Hard to keep the surface clean

It's now November 2024, and this refrigerator was purchased on August 2, 2022, from the Best Buy outlet in Florida. Whirlpool came out four times for the same issue: "not cooling and ice buildup in the freezer." The two-year warranty has expired, and I'm out of a refrigerator with the same problem that Best Buy sold me from the outlet. I have no words now, and I'm disgusted

You took my oven and my fridge and weren’t supposed to. You said you’d bring it back and never did. Your customer service is lacking and I had a few very upset people when they came to pick up the fridge and stove they were buying from me but you hadnt returned it.

Excellent refrigerator. Makes iceballs and also crushed and whole cubes . This unit doesnit job. Im so happy that is huge and everything can be organized.

Delivery was horrible, Installation was worse and damaged my walls without a care to fix. It took months to get assistance after delivery. Delivery techs can be anyone and dressed as anyone and no common sense of professionalism. It seemed the delivery people were hired from shady places and they did whatever they wanted and looked and behaved unprofessional. Again: Damaged the merchandise, damaged my walls, nothing was installed at the end, just damages. Bestbuy did not want to take urgent accountability nor show any care for. Horrible!! Did a 2nd purchase and it happened again even after informing them to please send a professional delivery company and again they did not help after it happened again. Bestbuy is now horrible when it comes to assistance after purchase.

Great warranty has not used it yet but I know the sound choices

Love the coverage; and having had to use Geek Squad a couple of times on different products, the savings in advising costs is worth it.

Freezer stopped working after two months of owning.

We love having this in case anything happens to any of our appliances or big kid toys!

Best Buy protection is always the best and being a total tech member has great value

You never know when you'll need the protection plan but it might be needed sometime

Hopefully i dont need to use it, however its a grt program for the peace of mind.

Not very reliable. 1st one lasted a year. Replaced under warranty. The second one lasted 2 years. In between have had issues with excessive moisture and standing water in the fridge.

Great protection plan, so happy we got it, and pleased with the service.

They installed quickly and perfectly with professionalism and kindness.

This is the best investment I’ve had for buying appliances and stuff
