Therefore, I have to pay addition fees for both my refrigerator and dryer purchased at two different times with if the contract year. This is a misrepresentation of the deal.

Not getting anywhere but run around in circles. Didn’t even get all of my money back and had to pay an 85 dollar fee. Had to talk to 5 different people. Got transferred 3 times in one hour long phone call that resolved nothing.

Used it many times for free delivery and set up. Then they went and changed the coverage and delivery options. Now your just buying extra warranty with no benefit

Program needs repair

Bought a freezer and within 10 months it malfunctioned. Tried to get a replacement or repair for 7 months with a loss of over $500 worth of frozen meats.
