Works very well and stays cold. I love the way it looks. We like the cubed and crushed ice options as well. The fridge holds plenty of food and it can be easily organized. Good product, hope it lasts for many years.

The Refrigerator is definitely an improvement over my old side by side refrigerator. I like the extra chill 33 degrees drawer. Water and ice controls are nice with and auto fill level sensor.

At first, the product was great until the ice started forming on the freezer interior, only to find out that my $180 Geek Squad plan nor my 24-month extended warranty covered the repair. On top of what Geek Squad has already collected they want more money for everything they tell you equipment is covered but it is not - get that through your head it is not. Then they hit you with an additional $100, for this, $140 for that, I paid Geek Squad to repair a $1500 laptop, on top of more money - they dollar and five dollar you to death because they think you are desperate - when Lowe's is down the street. moral of the story: skip Geek Squad, save your money, it's worthless and just call the manufacturer for repairs.

This fridge is spacious, doesn’t freeze food in the fridge section, and the side freezer allows way more space than my former bottom freezer model. Filters are easy to change. No complaints at all

Appliances can be very costly to repair. Getting the 24 month protection plan gave us peace of mind, knowing that if something went wrong we would be able to get it expertly repaired without additional cost.

Peace of mind to know that you are protected in case something goes wrong! The totaltech coverage not only covers the delivery and installation, but also provides coverage against defects that may not be covered under the standard manufacturers warranty. Totally worth it!

Got a bunch of big appliances delivered (2 TV, 2 fridges, w/d) and installed via the Total Tech Plus package. Really it’s such a great service/deal; I often wonder how BB is able to provide this. I’m on my 2nd renew now!

It freezes really good and holds a lot of product.

I haven't had the need to use the service yet . But they did cover the delivey of my appliances. I am happy about that. When something wasnt right they picked up the appliance and brought me a new one. I have been very satisfied.

Even though the item comes with its own warranty, it is always good to purchase extended warranties to help keep item working without a lot of added out-of-pocket expense.

Absolutely love this refrigerator. Not only does it have digital options to adjust the temperatures, it also has a digital indicator of the filters usage. Easy to clean and has lowered my electric bill.

An excellent item and the design fits well in the space assigned.
