The protection program works on every thing that’s bought at Best Buy. You are charged once a year and covers all purchases. Awesome plan.

Love everything about it except the water dispenser on the inside of the fridge. If I’m filling up a large tumbler or pitcher, the fridge sounds the alert that the fridge doors are open. And it lets the cold air out, wasting energy. And one of the door shelves broke after just a few months.

We love our fridge! We got this (as our last fridge was quickly dying) at the Best Buy Outlet and it's been working great. The see-through door is a nice feature to display drinks and quick-grab items. The only features that would make it better would make it better are (1) taller shelves and (2) the ice dispenser seems to jam/freeze up every month or so. Easy fix when it does. Otherwise it's terrific!

This LG Stainless Steel Refrigerator has many features. The door-in-door, dual ice maker and counter-depth features makes it perfect refrigerator for my home.

I like that my purchases get an extra year of coverage.

We purchased this when we bought all new kitchen appliances and im so glad i did. First it saved us hundreds on the install of our appliances, so it was a no brainer. Additionally it provided us with up to 2 years for warranty on our purchase and any other purchases while we had the membership. About a year in the ice maker stopped working on the fridge and they fixed it under the warranty, which would have cost $400. Be aware you do have a $95 deductible. We also benefited from the membership when our earbuds stopped holding a charge. They rellaced them free of charge. I definitely love having the membership and would keep it during the coverage period of 2 years. Definitely look into this. Youll thank me later.
