I decided to add this last year when we purchase a combo home appliances package. It covers everything you purchase on Best Buy at least for two years. After that you have to renew to keep your benefits working. So far we haven’t had any problems, we will see how this work the day we needed.

What can i say, even though it had a few scratches on it, it was worth the cost. Basically saved myself $1k. When every comes into the kitchen they speak on how big and nice it is.

Love my new refrigerator. Keeps food fresh longer. The water/ice in the door is awesome.

So glad we opted into this service. Our brand new refrigerator started making an annoying humming noise and I called for service. The tech diagnosed the issue quickly and immediately ordered a replacement.

Love my new fridge! The water pitcher being inside the fridge makes the water cold and fresh compared to dispenser water. Also, the ice make is located inside of the freezer, and makes it easier to get ice when it sticks together (ice sticks together)

Reassuring to know our new appliance is backed by a solid warrantee. we don't expect any issues to develop, but are relaxed to know that Best Buy service is available just in case.

Purchasing Best Buy Total Tech is absolutely the best way to go about purchasing new appliances. Covers delivery, installation, old appliances hauled away. You also get support I believe for 1 year (maybe 2) before you have to renew. Depends on the appliances.

Probably the best refrigerator I've ever used. The touch screen is great with kids too.

As far as protection plans go, best buy seems like they have the best. You pay annually and covers everything you've purchased from them. Great deal. Haven't had to use it yet.

We had issues with our refrigerator out of the box and they came in and replaced it. Don't buy the fridge without this

Especially like the extra light interior and the tall top shelf. The lower fingerprint surface is nice as well. The price on good friday was good too.

Best buy appliances are easy access and staff is excellent in knowledge of product.i love my appliances

We love this refrigerator ! It is the smaller Frigidaire but we were pleasantly surprised on the room it actually has .

Our Samsung refrigerator is amazing. Such a great deal on it. It’s been working flawlessly. Also, the front design is very sleek. It looks great in our kitchen.
