Excellent protection for my fridge With just one call, they give solution to my product problem.

This is a great plan. Anything goes wrong with any of our purchases from Best Buy, they're on it to get it corrected.

Great refrigerator. Never thought the wifi application was necessary but after having it i wont go back.

We bought total three products and it really saved us money. We plan on buying one more appliance with this plan and will definitely renew. They made up a few small inconveniences to us. All in all a good buy.

Excellent side by side with plenty of room. Pullout grip for drawers are on underside lip. Plan on some extra bending for lower drawers. Very impressive space.

If you aren't a Totaltech member, you really should consider it. Automatically having the extended protection at no additional charge is great.

As a total member all my deliveries are free along with the take away of the old appliance and noy only that I get an extra year on the warranty

Fridge is decent but the people who installed the fridge refused to hook up the water lines and damaged the fridge. Customer sporrt would only allow 100 gift card. Spent time going to the store and online just to get denied at 225 gift card and get a new fridge. I won't be another appliance through best buy. Buy local.

Beautiful and very convenient refrigerator. I search for two years to find the perfect one for the spot. I needed it in love it love it love it.

Refrigerator works great. Keeps everything nice and cold no matter where we put the items. Much improved over the older Samsung this replaced.

Noce small size and like that you can set the freezer for refrigerator setting
