I have had this for a while and absolutely love it. I am a gamer and controllers take a beating. If one of the starts to get stick drift or won’t hold a charge in the battery for a while. I can go and exchange it. Honestly really nice.

I do like the features that alerts you on your phone if the doors are not ahit all the way. The filter is super easy to change, but the filters are a little procey of using an OEM replacent. Thats not a huge deal sonce we only need to replace it every 6 months. The vegetable and cold cut drawers are a noce touch and are controllable depending on what you pit in there. My only issue i have had with it is the ice dispenser. The dispenser would continue to drop ice even after releasing the press down bar, and sometimes it wpuld just drop non crushed ice on its own. The technician from Geel squade came and looked and they replaced the fridge for free and brought a new one and no issues since. Getting the yaerly best buy membership is the way to go for any purchases due to the oerks you get. Overall, the fridge is a really good fridge and we enjoy it.

Bought a robot vacuum from best buy almost 2 years ago. Well the motor that spins the main brush went out. When to local best buy and talked with geek squad. They sent out the robot. Within 2-3 days i got a response saying they recommend replacement. Went back into best buy and they gave me a gift card for the price i paid almost 2 years ago.

Feeling safer for just pennie’s on a dime for my belongings

I guess a piece of mind is what this is for! Haven't had anything major that had to be handled but all the small items from recently. Like my sons beats headphone I understand that y'all put apple care now on it but whats the point to have best buy protection if I can't return them to the store where I purchased I have to drive a lot a miles just to get to an apple store for them to tell me that its cover but going to cost me. I kinda figured why they did that. Specially how things are in the economy. And had another had a item I purchase for family member. They contact me to get it fixed or replaced and took it to best buy and they stated there is a fee so they gave me a lesser amount then what I paid. They tried to explain to me why but I had the receipt and paid full amount lucky the item was on sale but still. Not a fan of that AT ALL.But I guess its a piece of mind knowing you have protection or do we?!

Geek Squad protection. I have used Geek Squad for my PCs in the past and rhey have been able to fix the problem/s. The have fixed I believe my old Maytag washer before I believe. They are professional to say the least.
