Monthly Best Buy protection is awesome. I get Free shipping on anything I order. I Love that I can purchase something and if I don’t like it I have 90 days to return it. Their customer service over seas is tough at times but once I get someone who knows what they are talking about or a supervisor I get things cleared up. I Should not have to go through this process though. The totally tech in USA is awesome. The gentleman from BestBuy stores who come to bring new parts for dented items are so nice. They actually put shoe covers on their shoes so they are not walking through house with dirty shoes. That impressed me because I’m all about not wearing shoes in someone’s house. They are so courteous and clean up after themselves which is another thing I was great full for.

I don't know how much I can stress this, but you definitely will not regret the purchase for this protection program.

Geek Squad protection. I have used Geek Squad for my PCs in the past and rhey have been able to fix the problem/s. The have fixed I believe my old Maytag washer before I believe. They are professional to say the least.

I got this fridge because it fit in the space I had available. While it's not the biggest one around it serves my needs. Overall I am happy with my purchase, the water dispenser works great and I like that it's filtered. The freezer and fridge both work like they should. I do have a few complaints though none of these are a deal breaker and just my own issues. First the stainless steel is not fingerprint proof, you will make marks ALL the time..get used to wiping it down almost daily. Secondly the ice maker take a bit to dispense ice (not a big deal but still), which brings me to my 3rd issue there is no rubber mat under the dispenser so if you miss your cup or something water will spill on your fridge. Lastly my freezer door does not stay open, the other side does....I realize this is probably a leveling issue and not the item itself...it was setup by Best Buy so it's going in my review. Now with all that said, would I recommend this to someone else? 100% yes, I in fact did to a friend of mine who liked it and got a very similar model that fit their space better. My sister took note of which one I got so when she goes to get one she'll look for this one as well. It's quiet (except for when it puts ice in the container or fills up the tray), and the alarm for the door being left open is really nice. So if you're debating on if this is a good buy....listen to a total stranger and buy it (just make sure you can get it into the area first AND it'll fit correctly).

Love the ease of use of new LG refrigerator. Like the roomiest of the inside and able to see all your items. Very happy with Best Buy for fast delivery. The installers were fast and told you how to use all the new buttons. Especially enjoy the water and ice dispenser on the outside.

I like this unit so far. Just got it. Ive read some concerns that other buyers have had in the 1star review section. Im the end of the day i got this on sale and i got the warranty for it. If after 2 yrs I have their same issues, I know im safe with the warranty. That being said, its a basic fridge wothout screens or anything. Does its purpose in life and keeos my food temperature controlled. What more can I ask. When they make a refrigerator that cooks for me I'll look into it ^_^ haha

Protection is well worth it. It is there just in case. Highly recommend.

This was a special give away that we had at Texas United Mortgage. The borrower loved it. They did nit already have their own fridge and this came in perfectly for them the color and features were amazing in their new home.

Got a display fridge and 2 weeks later it was leaking freon. Because of the protection plan, they replaced it at no extra cost and even delivered and installed the replacement fridge and hauled away the leaking fridge without any hassel.

Samsung Refrigerator was a great investment. Over a year old now and in great working condition. Had an issue with the water line leaking and geek squad had a Samsung repair come in - free of charge as it was under warranty

My new refrigerator meets all of my needs and if you need a refrigerator that is smaller than standard sizes but still has a decent amount of space, this refrigerator is definitely worth it.

I wouldn't be without it. It covers all my Best Buy purchases.

My wife told me that when one appliance died in our kitchen, we were getting all new appliances. So when our dishwasher broke down this year, I did everything to revive that sucker. Alas, much to my chagrin, we found ourselves researching new appliances and Samsung set we found at Best Buy was the best value we could find. This side by side refrigerator replaced a French&door model, which I was initially against. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I don't miss the old one. After a few months, I have no complaints, everything works as it should, and the added feature of a working ice maker is just a cherry on top. My only complaint is not having adjustable shelves, but not much of a complaint if you ask me.

It’s a good value for the money and if something happens then you’re covered.
