It is a great option. And the services was even better. We thank the delivery team and the installation crew but a special thanks do Fernando Martinez for his dedication and help to make sure everything is working smoothly and efficiently. There is only one issue that it is more to the manufacture the water taste is not changing. And the taste still not go away.

Well everything is brand new. You just don’t know what could happen so I’m glad I purchased this plan.

Have never had a problem with any appliances I have purchased from Best Buy. But with the low monthly service/maintenance cost what can you loose just in case? You have a choice to renew or cancel every month. What a deal!

Got this on sale for 1500.00, cant get anywhere near the cubic space for the price anywhere, no extra fancy frills to break. Simple, but well built. Would be an easy 5 stars, but the middle storage area could use a little reinforcement in the center. As long as your mindful of this and don't overload the center, its a trouble free machine.

This fridge is awesome. And it lets you know if you’ve left the door open. Keeps food fresh for longer than an apartment fridge

We LOVE our Samsung refrigerator! Best Buy gave us a GREAT deal on it! We've had it over 1 1/2 yrs with no issues! The handles are on the inside of the doors, and we love that, too! The ice is on the freezer door which gives us more room in the freezer!

Monthly Best Buy protection is awesome. I get Free shipping on anything I order. I Love that I can purchase something and if I don’t like it I have 90 days to return it. Their customer service over seas is tough at times but once I get someone who knows what they are talking about or a supervisor I get things cleared up. I Should not have to go through this process though. The totally tech in USA is awesome. The gentleman from BestBuy stores who come to bring new parts for dented items are so nice. They actually put shoe covers on their shoes so they are not walking through house with dirty shoes. That impressed me because I’m all about not wearing shoes in someone’s house. They are so courteous and clean up after themselves which is another thing I was great full for.

Necer had to use it. The quality of the merchandise didn't need it.

I got this fridge because it fit in the space I had available. While it's not the biggest one around it serves my needs. Overall I am happy with my purchase, the water dispenser works great and I like that it's filtered. The freezer and fridge both work like they should. I do have a few complaints though none of these are a deal breaker and just my own issues. First the stainless steel is not fingerprint proof, you will make marks ALL the time..get used to wiping it down almost daily. Secondly the ice maker take a bit to dispense ice (not a big deal but still), which brings me to my 3rd issue there is no rubber mat under the dispenser so if you miss your cup or something water will spill on your fridge. Lastly my freezer door does not stay open, the other side does....I realize this is probably a leveling issue and not the item itself...it was setup by Best Buy so it's going in my review. Now with all that said, would I recommend this to someone else? 100% yes, I in fact did to a friend of mine who liked it and got a very similar model that fit their space better. My sister took note of which one I got so when she goes to get one she'll look for this one as well. It's quiet (except for when it puts ice in the container or fills up the tray), and the alarm for the door being left open is really nice. So if you're debating on if this is a good buy....listen to a total stranger and buy it (just make sure you can get it into the area first AND it'll fit correctly).

I like this unit so far. Just got it. Ive read some concerns that other buyers have had in the 1star review section. Im the end of the day i got this on sale and i got the warranty for it. If after 2 yrs I have their same issues, I know im safe with the warranty. That being said, its a basic fridge wothout screens or anything. Does its purpose in life and keeos my food temperature controlled. What more can I ask. When they make a refrigerator that cooks for me I'll look into it ^_^ haha

Lovely fridge. Lots of room. I love having the freezer drawers! They hold a lot plus they accommodate larger size food items. The inside water dispenser is really nifty plus it keeps the front of the unit clean.

Very satisfied, this product replaced my samsung and has been working very well.The water filters are less expensive to replace and last longer Very satisfied.
