I bought this refrigerator a year and a half ago. It's still working. I'm a little surprised because it's not well made. I have two complaints. The ice maker is NOISY beyond belief and it takes a VERY long time (days) to fill the tub in the freezer that holds the ice. Second... It seems to run almost continuously and the motor is so loud that it makes the ice maker seem quiet. I've become accustomed to my house being really noisy, but the first months it drove me up the wall. I only bought this cheap fridge because I'm poor and it fit the opening in my kitchen. There are only a few options for me and unfortunately this was the best.

I bought my first fridge online, when it was delivered the measurements were off (too big) and had to be returned. Then I went to the store to purchase another one. The sale process easy and quick. The sales associate was amazing. When the second fridge was delivered, the delivery crew dented the fridge inside and out as well as my wall. Best Buy sent a technician was was great too to check it out. He recommended they replace the fridge completely. Mind you this is the 3rd time I am taking off time to wait at home. The 3rd fridge arrive and the delivery guy informs me that when the took the box of the fridge and tested it the bottom drawer wasn’t closing properly. So this one had to go back too. The fourth one finally came and the delivery and the fridge were both great. I have called Best Buy several times to compensate me for this hustle of a purchase and I keep getting offered a gift card. I am not interested in a gift card that I will use to purchase something else at the store. I want a discount off the price of the fridge. It’s been back and forth, I was supposed to receive a call about the discount and no one has reached out yet. This is just too much for one fridge. I am very disappointed in how all of this has been handle. But the fridge is great so far.

The Samsung refrigerator was great at first. Then the touch screen broke. I didn’t get a chance to program it. It took geek squad 3 visits to finally fix it.

First refrigerator with the freezer in the bottom. It does not seem to hold as much as my previous fridge. Shelf size for refrigerator are not as user friendly on adjusting to get the shelf height you need

I love the convenience of the ice/water dispenser. But every time I use the ice it goes not only into my glass , but quite a bit goes on the floor. I've tried tipping the glass, but the problem remains.
