Total Tech

However, it took 2 months for us to get our product. Best Buy kept canceling the appointment and then would rest the appointment for a week later. I called Multiple times and each time the Total tech representative was kind told me the exact same thing: “the problem will (would) be addressed” yet it wasn’t over and over again. Word service is not action service. The entire purchase has been less than desirable. It was a JOB to continue to call them to see what happened… again.

Scam - buy appliances elsewhere

Basically paying almost $400 for one year since the first year is covered under the manufacturer. Total scam. I'll buy my appliances elsewhere next time.
