Best fridge I’ve ever owned, was scared because it’s a Samsung appliance but… WOW… love the pitcher!!!

I like it a lot, the French doors and lower freezer with the same are easier than just one lower drawer.

I've used this plan several times and it has always been worth it.

So convient that we can use this for the big purchases that we have instead of getting seperate policies. Feel at easy with insurance.

This has really come in handy. An air conditioner we purchased for my son's apartment failed, and Best Buy removed and installed a new one for no charge.

This protection plan has so far proven to be most effective. No one in my home has been attacked or threatened in any way by any of the items I have purchased from BestBuy, although the cat has some doubts about the safety of the vacuum cleaner.

Gets cold fast would recommend it to family and friends

My mom had this fridge (which worked great!). Unfortunately because my mom "thought" the icemaker did not work properly (which, by the way it did), then she forced me to return this fridge to Best Buy. This fridge is great and makes ice

Wish I could give 4.5 stars! This unit is lovely and the dimensions were perfect for our space-saving needs. It looks great and seems “solid” and to function well!! The price was great, too, especially compared to some others. One drawback is that some gallon containers just won’t fit and the shelves on the inside of the doors aren’t adjustable. Stick to half-gallons or less and the shorter, the better. Another issue I’ve found is that the door doesn’t close without being pushed, such that if you kind of swing it closed, it does not fully seal and there is no alarm that goes off (like my old one did) to alert you to that fact. It’s digital so seems this could be included…? Overall happy with the purchase as it checks most of the boxes.

I definitely recommend getting this to anyone buying more than 1 appliance.

Happy with my protection plan that's included with my paid membership, although I would rather have the option to purchase protection instead of paying an annual fee. Beware, if you should cancel your membership before the two years are up, you loose your protection.
