Runs well. Is quiet. Energy efficient. Spacious. Couple of concerns -- the hard water residue deposits on the inside of the water dispenser, kind of hard to reach to clean. Second, the water filter is tricky dicky -- if not removed correctly with sufficient pressure to turn the head in unlock direction, the filter head does not align. Had to put a service call in to replace the filter.

This cost a few bucks but then you don't need to purchase a separate warranty. It also discounts items...good discounts. Finally it offers free shipping on everything if your a member. With not purchasing warranty and discount it saved us like $300. I purchased the plan first then the products.

I am really satisfied with this refrigerator. It offers ample storage space without being too bulky. It's just the right size for my needs.

the best part is the unlimited suport and yes they help. I have called about three times on the last year and always got the help i needed.

It is a great side by side with a lot of space, operates quietly, and has handy options for arranging the interior. The water And ice in the door is great!

Good quality appliance. The only issue so far is the ice maker noise and volume of ice produced. Also door handles keeps loosening..

The refrigerator has been installed for over a year and no issues. It sometimes startles me when the ice maker is running!!! The stainless steel is very hard to keep clean but it looks beautiful in my new kitchen.

We try to buy most things from Best Buy. With the extra warranty, it’s worth it. Plus, Best Buy usually has the stuff we want cheaper or the same price as other stores and the extra warranty.

We had to pick a refrigerator that was a bit skinner than the normal models. This one is simple but good. It does everything I need it to.

Always get the extra product protection that picks up where the manufacturer warranty leaves off.

Great capacity, easy to use controls and monitors, Newer compressor design is quite. Just takes time to get used to the new sounds on any new appliances; no issues just a light sleeper!

I decided to add this last year when we purchase a combo home appliances package. It covers everything you purchase on Best Buy at least for two years. After that you have to renew to keep your benefits working. So far we haven’t had any problems, we will see how this work the day we needed.
