Love the space the fridge has. The first freezer door gets a bit stiff to close. I wish I had looked at how much ice this fridge makes, cause it’s not much. I’m a family of 7, so ice goes pretty quickly here. Other than that I’m satisfied with my purchase.

After 35 years, our GE fridge was about to cross the electronic rainbow bridge. We hated to say goodbye, but we hated rotten food more so we went out and got this baby. Very quiet, efficient, easy to reach everything. Just remember when getting water not to pull your glass away too quick, because the spigot will cause some water to splash on the floor.

Does what is was supposed to do. The screen is a plus but changing the filter is difficult.

This plan covers delivery, installation and haul-away for our rural location as well as the warranty. It applies to all future appliances within the year. It allows us 60 days to request a replacement rather than the standard 3 days. The only issue is the Best Buy bureaucracy.

It’s a good quality refrigerator easy to access and works very good

I haven’t had to use it yet… but hopefully if I do things will go well. It seems like it might.

It’s the peace of mind that if something happens I have the ability to get it fixed free

Very happy with purchasing. Easy to operate. Can graduate and set up ice makings at a touch of a button remotely. The tap door feature is unbeatable and save energy as you don’t have to be opening the door to check if you have something in there.

Very nice refrigerator. Way better than my old one. Really like the quad door set up.

Great Fridge. Would defiantly recommend, the Ice is nice quality cubes and the Ice plus helps with having people over because for a couple hours it will make new ice twice as fast and then shut off, to increase efficiency again.

I’m deducting one star for the disgraceful icemaker. I understand from other reviews that this is an unfortunate, common place issue with this refrigerator/freezer. Otherwise, I’ve been very pleased with the capacity and the ease of cleaning.

The benefit of the program has already paid for its self. I have used Geek Squad 3 times since the purchase of my Samsung Refrigerator. Although the name of the program does not roll of the tongue for me, I always say Tik Tok (I am old school & NOT tech savvy) the Geek Squad crew help me in a friendly manner each & every time I call them.
